1. How long have you been in business?

Jewish Family Services of Charlotte has just celebrated its 25th anniversary.

     2.   Who is eligible for your services?

Members of greater Charlotte’s Jewish community of all social and economic levels are welcome at JFS.

     3.   What does it cost to use your services?

We are a not-for-profit agency. Fees where applicable are based on a sliding scale according to an individual’s ability to pay. No one is denied service.

     4.  How do I make an appointment?

For counseling, general information and referral questions or to volunteer, call us at 704-364-6594.

     5.  Where are you located?

Our offices are located within Shalom Park at 5007 Providence Road. We have a private entrance within the Blumenthal Education wing.

    6.  What are your hours?

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. Emergency calls are forwarded to members of our trained clinical staff.
