Information for JFS Clients

Staff

Licensed and experienced professional counselors, under qualified supervision, provide all clinical services. JFS staff also includes a Volunteer Coordinator, Vocational Counselor, Marketing & Program Director, Older Adult Case Manager and Front Office Staff.

Confidentiality

This is JFS's first priority.  We make strict efforts to ensure confidentiality from the moment an individual makes contact with us.  Names and information cannot be given to anyone without the permission of the person receiving services. 

We know that reaching out is difficult, especially to members of your own community.  However, this is exactly why we exist.  We are here for you. 

Appointments

The first step is to call. Day and evening appointments are available..

Fees

JFS provides counseling and vocational services on a sliding scale according to income. JFS also accepts Medicare, Medicaid and third party insurance reimbursement. No one is denied services due to an inability to pay.
