Case Management Services The Jewish Family Services' Case Manager facilitates the emergency needs of members of the Greater Charlotte’s Jewish community. Most work involves emergency financial assistance and crisis management as well as assisting people who are being evicted to find appropriate housing. We make referrals to other JFS services and programs as well as other Charlotte and North Carolina agencies. Our services include:
