The JFS Jewish Outreach Program provides senior adults residing in area nursing homes and assisted living facilities with a sense of Jewish connection and tradition through monthly programs, volunteer interaction and Shabbat services. Volunteers from the Jewish community as well as the Cantors and Rabbis from the Temples provide workshops, music and entertainment with a Judaic theme. At this time JFS offers this program to residents living at the Carriage Club and Sunrise Assisted Living.

Volunteers and VolunTeens are available to visit residents living in any facility in Charlotte. Holiday baskets and cards are also delivered by JFS Mitzvah Maker Volunteers.
