Learn how to manage stress and emotions to live more effectively. Improve your quality of life by curbing impulsive behavior and strengthening relationships.  You will learn skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

This weekly group meets Wednesdays from 5-6:30pm.  March 1-April 5.  Insurance may be accepted and new clients should call for an initial appointment.  Reserve your spot by calling 704.364.6594
