It is everyone’s obligation to help feed the hungry. You never know when...

...a divorce or unexpected layoff will leave more bills than money to pay them.

...someone you care about will have to decide between paying the mortgage or putting food on the table.

...an illness in the family will force you to choose between medication or feeding your family.

The Jewish Family Services Food Pantry is here to help!

The JFS Food Pantry exists to help fulfill the Mitzvah of feeding the hungry.

JFS provides food, personal care items and social service assistance to help individuals and families through difficult times until they can again be independent.

Individual support and guidance are given to each individual and family by JFS professionals.

JFS Food Pantry recipients leave with more than just groceries– they leave with a feeling that the community cares about them and wants to help.

More than 1,000 cans of food, toiletries, cleaning supplies and personal items are dispensed each month to individuals and families in need.

Ways You Can Help:

You can organize a food drive with your congregation, service organization, school or office.
You can purchase Mitzvah Basket centerpieces for your special occasion.
Your tax deductible donation can be used to purchase food coupons.
